Physical/Chemical Equipment (the physical/chemical equipment perform 24 hours monitor for the incoming materials and various parameters.）
Test Platform (100% test will be done for all the ex-work products on the test platform and the inspector will make sampling inspection as per international standard before leaving the factory).

Controlled Atmosphere Carburizing Furnace :the controlled atmosphere carburizing furnace functions excellently, the parameters and programs are all controlled by the computer to ensure reliable and stable quality of heat treatment.
Casting Technology:special alloy aluminum recipe and casting technology ensures the higher tensile strength of the alloy aluminum casting part and can endure the pressure over 30Mpa; and the abrasion resistance components make the performance more stable.

4 Gear Machining Equipment and the Technology

Gear Hobbing Machine, Gear Shaving Machine and Gear Honing Machine (gear hobbing, shaving and honing production for machining the gear. Operators are working carefully as per the instruction manual to ensure the machining accuracy of the gears.)

5　Machining Center:

Combination of the machine center with excellent performance and advanced fixtures and clamps can satisfy the technology requirements about high precisions and efficiency.

6 CNC Machine lathe and other maching:

a)CNC machine lathe satisfied the requirements for plate and shaft type parts.
b)Rigid Boring Machine: boring the spindle collars and holes in the pump body (special fine boring machine is used for boring the gear holes in the body of gear pump and the holes in the bush ; the excellent rigidity and outstanding boring performance ensures the dimensional and position accuracy.
c)duplicating Milling Machine: :the economic type duplicating milling machine meets requirements about shape, depth and roughness for seal slot.
d)Special Milling Machine: the professionally designed milling machine is used to machine the external circle for bush.
e)Gear Inspection: inspection of longitudinal form, run-out of gear ring, outside diameter and end surface:inspectors and operators will regularly monitor the accuracy of gears to ensure CPK being in the perfect range .
f)Ex-work Inspection of Valves and Gear Pump and the Test of Oil Cylinder: meticulously monitors the parameters such as time, pressure, temperature, flow, travel etc to ensure the reliability and stability of the product which leaves the factory.
